Return Policy

Need to return an item?

** We Now Offer Free Shipping for Orders Over $99 **
 
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from BESIDE-U.COMIf you are not satisfied with any item you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. Any used or soiled merchandise will not be accepted. The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all hangtags attached, original packaging material included and the shipping invoice enclosed. We suggest you make a copy of your shipping invoice for your records.
 
 
Only the price of the handbag will be refunded. Shipping, handling, gift box fees, and other additional charges are not eligible for reimbursement. In the event of a free returns promotion, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the item free of charge.
 
 
** Funds will be credited to the same credit card or payment used for the purchase. No exceptions. **
 

We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. You are responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. If you have been provided a return shipping label, you do not need to track the package.

 
** For all returns, exchange, and repairs, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the event of a “free returns” promotional offer. ** 
 
** Please note all handbags purchased from the Sale page are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. **
 
** We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements for Beside-U handbags purchased outside of the BESIDE-U.COM online shop. **

Once we receive your handbag, please allow 10~15 business days for us to process your return.

Making a return:

  1. Contact customer service at hello@beside-u.com and provide your order number. The order number can be found on your shipping invoice or your online invoice.
  2. Once the refund request has been approved, please include the original packaging material, shipping invoice, and hangtags attached with the bag.
  3. We recommend you ship using a service that will let you track your package. If you receive a return shipping label in event of a special promotion, please use the label to return the item. 

If you would like to exchange your handbag for a different color or style, return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your handbag was damaged during the initial shipment, contact us via email at hello@beside-u.com. In the email, please provide images of the product damage, your order number and item number.

beside-u reserves the right to approve all returns. If the refund request does not comply with the return policy, beside-u has the right to refuse the refund request.
